Staff did not speak English (like most Spaniards that we met)but we managed to communicate. Towels a bit harsh and pillows were hard. We had a quad room which was spacious and clean. Private shower was also spacious. Room was cleaned daily but the sheets were not changed daily. Flat was on the third floor and had a lift. We were given keys for the main door, flat and room. No curfew. Hostel was quiet as all the other occupants were educated enough not to make unnecessary noise during the night. Location couldn't better, right at the mouth of Plaza Santa Barbara with the metro entrance (Alonso Martinez)only 20m away. Area quite safe even at night with restaurants and cafes opening till very late through the night. Translate this guest review
