Under the Plaza Mayor are the cave bars, each serving its own house speciality and “sangria”. Once you’ve tried the speciality and had your “caña” (small beer) move on to the next place and so on. If you want to get out of the centre, for more great “tapas” explore the La Latina, which is also excellent on Sunday afternoons after you’ve explored the Rastro flea market.
