El apartamento, de unos 70 metros cuadrados, dispone de un dormitorio con dos camas simples y un baño completo (con secador de pelo). El salón cuenta con cocina americana, mesa, televisión, un sofá cama doble y uno individual, lo que proporciona tres plazas adicionales, pudiendo albergar un total de 5 personas. Si viajas con un bebé puedes solicitar una cuna. Por otro lado, la cocina está perfectamente equipada con microondas, nevera, lavaplatos, lavadora y utensilios como tetera y tostadora, entre otros. El apartamento incluye las toallas y las sábanas. También dispone de calefacción, aire acondicionado y conexión a Internet. Por último, hay que mencionar que se permite fumar.
Apartamento situado en pleno centro de Madrid, en el barrio de Chueca, muy cerca de la Gran Vía. Hay una parada de metro de la línea 1, Gran Vía, y una parada de la línea 5, Chueca, a unos 200 metros del apartamento.

We stayed 4 nigts in mid-March. As already said in the previous comments, the flat has some big advantages : a large one, reasonably quiet (all windows are opened to a backyard), the neighbooroud is great (Masalana not too far for Chueca and not crowded with tourists) and close to 2 subway stations. One mixed feeling about the quality of equipment (some stuff were broken), but it remained acceptable. The main disadvantage is the day light, only a few light (first floor flat / all windows in backyard). Anyway has not been an issue for us. Staff at 30Madrid was great. I would recommend using their services.

l'appartamento ha promesso quasi tutto secondo le indicazioni. Pulito, molto grande...si, ci tornerei forse...ammetto che non avevo visto la clausola sulla pulizia di un ammonto di 40€...(!) Per una persona sola che rimane due notti soli, mi sembra un prezzo abbastanza sfacciato...Sopratutto, perchè non era poi tutto così perfetto...l'asciugacapelli era difettoso, non ci stavano ne un tappeto per il bagno, ne asciugamani per la cucina...il resto ok. Poca luce, lo sapevo. Io ci sono ogni mese a Madrid per lavoro, sempre per due giorni...e sempre sola. Per 40€ ci potrei stare quasi 3 notti in un'altro alloggio...quindi suggerisco, di ripensare bene il listino.

Im Appartement gibt es nur wenig Tageslicht, da die vorhandenen Fenster in einen Innenhof gehen. Dafür ruhige aber zentrale Lage .

We travelled with our toddler son and for the most part the apartment suited us all very well. The apartment was situated in a central location and its courtyard position off the street meant that it was very quiet. It was also clean, spacious and had a huge/comfortable bed for the three of us even though a baby cot had been provided!
On the downside, the apartment had very little natural light because of it's first floor position and because it looked into a court-yard. Not a problem I would imagine if you are just using it as a base. One other problem, for me at least, was the front door lock which was impossible to open, as it was for the
member of staff who greeted us on the night of our arrival! Apart from that we had a very pleasant stay and for value for money would recommend it.
