Hice la reserva un par de días antes. Cuándo llegamos, a las 0h de la noche, nos indican que la reserva había sido cancelada por un problema en la tarjeta (aún cuando ha sido perfectamente cobrada y estoy esperando que me devuelvan el dinero). Básicamente,iría otro cliente con el dinero en la mano y le venía mejor y más seguro quedarse con él, y echarnos la excusa de la tarjeta para dejarnos en la calle. Penoso, y verídico.

Hotelier reply: Hola Almudena, siento lo que ha pasado, pero debo decirte que la pagina me decia que la tarjeta estaba caducada. Tu habias indicado hora de llegada a las 21:30 y al no llegar tras dos horas procedimos a comprobar tu tarjeta y nos figuraba como invalida y te fue enviado un email comunicandote esto. Por tanto yo no he cobrado nada por la habitacion, el pago que has hecho tu anteriormente no nos llega a nosotros sino a la pagina web con la que cooperamos, el unico dinero que recibimos nosotros es el que paga el cliente a su llegada. Comprenderas que al no llegar tu a tu hora indicada y al no tener un medio de cobro del importe de la habitacion, tuve que alquilarlo a otro cliente para la noche. De todos modos ponte en contacto con nosotros y hablamos.
