Young couple
Situato in una zona molto viva e ben servita, l'alloggio è pulito e silenzioso; ...c'è tutto quel che serve per un comodo soggiorno vacanziero. é ad un passo dalla metro e dalla fermata dei taxi ed è comunque molto vicino al centro (Puerta del Sol) ben raggiungibile anche a piedi.
Noi ci siamo stati bene e ve lo consigliamo.

Appartement très bien situé, à la sortie du métro "Tribulal". Facilité et gentillesse de l'accueil. Nous avons apprécié le chauffage car il faisait très froid à Madrid. L'appartement est en effet un peu sombre, mais si on est là pour la visite de la ville ce n'est pas du tout gênant.Translate this guest review

l'appartamentino era confortevole ad eccezione del bagno che, oltre ad essere minuscolo e non avere il bidet, importante per noi italiani, aveva uno scaldabagno con capienza troppo limitata. dopo una doccia la seconda persona doveva attendere più di mezzora per avere altra acqua calda. in 4 giorni di permanenza non sono state eseguite le pulizie e non sono stati forniti altri asciugamani oltre quelli iniziali: 4 in tutto, 2 piccoli e due medi. non c'era il sapone in bagno. tranne queste pecche la sistemazione era centrale, silenziosa, un po' buia ma complessivamente buona per piccoli soggiorni all'insegna del turismo. lo consiglierei ad amici con stesse esigenzeTranslate this guest review

everything was good value
my biggest complaint is that the hot water only lasted literaly no more than 2 minutes tops! The water was freezing after the hot ran out in 2 minutes, forget washing your hair, and you have to lather up first with cold water and then rise very fast!
the bathroom also smelled like urine, but looked clean so im not sure where the smell was coming from
Also the front of the building is not marked clearly so that you know you have arrived at the right building, also if you dont have a cell phone, you will have to drag your suitcase down the street to call the manager to check you in as there is no on site person
The location was very good and the metro was close by
the manager was very kind to call a taxi for us on our check out day
