The Apartamentos Montera are two recently refurbished apartments sleeping from 1 to 4 or 6 people and are located in the centre of Madrid. This is an excellent location near one of the main thoroughfares of the city, the Gran Via. This is the perfect starting point for shopping or site-seeing. The Hortaleza, hip Fuencarral and grand Preciados streets are all very close by. The Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Santa Ana are all walking distance and are the most important in the city. Other areas are interesting and worth exploring such as the Austrias area, Chueca, Malasaña and more. The three major museums of the city, Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofía are all nearby as well. There is no shortage of things to do in this area!
Both apartments are located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift. The first apartment, Montera I, is 45m2 and sleeps 4 in one double bedroom and in a double sofa bed in the living room. There is a kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room which are all beautifully renovated with hard wood floors.
The second apartment, Montera II, is 100m2 and sleeps 6. There are two bedrooms (one twin and one double) and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/dining room.
Both apartments have a TV and DVD system, wireless internet and CD player. There is heating and air conditioning, all the mod- cons you can need.
