This is a fantastic apartment with a very modern design and clean lines. This 75m2 apartment features two private bedrooms. The first is located on the first floor and has a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen and living/dining room are also on the first floor. The second floor has a bedroom equipped with a sofa bed. With a kitchen which reminds one of a Clockwork Orange’s hyper-modern Milk Bar, you’ll enjoy cooking at home if inspired. There is an open plan kitchen which looks out onto the living room and has a bar configuration. There is a table and chairs in the living room, a TV with DVD player, CD player and internet access.

Young couple
right in the happening heart of proper madrid, this apartment is as good as the photos suggest. Alvaro let us in and gave us a real feel of the city on arrival even though it was gone 1am and we had no problems at all-other than choosing where we would be drinking/eating!

Family with older children
the accomodation was excellent.... stylish, nice paintings... the location is perfect, i never had to use the metro to see all the museums and place in the center, which is great.... but it is very noisy so it is difficult to have the windows open...if you wish to use the internet you have to ask for it by the check-in... we forgot and then did not have it for the entire time.... the dishwasher did not work either, which i realised only just before we left.....Translate this guest review

Appartement agréable, bien situé et bien décoré. Cependant nous avons quelques remarques à faire : problème avec la serrure de l'entrée, très très vieille et qui nous a laissés dehors une fois. Elle doit être changée !
La propreté n'était pas parfaite, et surtout les serviettes de toilette n'étaient pas nickel.
Nous avons eu un petit problème à l'arrivée avec la personne chargée de nous accueillir car il avait oublié le contrat de location. Mais ça a été réglé le lendemain. Translate this guest review

Mature couple
Très bon emplacement tout près du métro et des commerces. L'accueil est parfait, une jolie déco, un immeuble soigné et très calme. Nous avons juste eu un petit loupé à l'arrivée : le ménage n'avait pas été fait et les précédents locataires étaient gratinés en terme de propreté ! Quelqu'un est venu très vite pour faire le ménage mais dans la précipitation ça n'était pas nickel. Un petit rectificatif au niveau de l'annonce : il n'y a pas de terrasse et pour le "balcon" il s'agit de 2 portes fenêtres qui donnent sur une avancée de 40 cm et de la largeur des fenêtres.
