The 40m2 Estudio Huertas is a small yet chic studio apartment in a very central area of Madrid. Located in the heart of Madrid’s night life and it’s busy centre, you won’t miss a beat of the action. It is also very close to some of the major museums, the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and Royal Palace. This historic district has winding streets and attractive plazas, most notably the Plaza Santa Ana. Just down Calle Huertas on which the flat is located, there is the tree-lined Paseo del Prado, home to the famous museum by the same name and the city’s Botanic Gardens. This is a small open-layout studio apartment can sleep up to 4 adults (there is one double bed and one double sofa bed). There is a small TV area, a kitchenette (with a dining table for two next to it), and the sleeping area (with the large double bed) which is separated by bookshelves. The apartment is located in a restored historic building (with elevator), and was totally renovated in 2008. It has wooden floors, air conditioning, telephone and WiFi. This studio is extremely quiet even though it is located in a lively neighbourhood.
Close to Plaza Santa Ana, Prado, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc.
Metro Anton Martin and several buses, 200 metres away.
