The Apartamento La Latina is an ideal apartment for a large family or a group of friends, sleeping up to eight people in a central location of Madrid near the Plaza Mayor, in La Latina neighbourhood. The accomodation is close to Plaza Mayor, and Calle Cava Baja, very animated, so it is a very good place to visit Madrid and to enjoy it. And the flat is very quiet too. But I think the weebsite should be more precise about cleaning fee : it is mandatory, so the website must include it in the given price.Translate this guest review

El apartamento La Latina y Apartasol tienen es enfriador y no aire acondicionado lo cual para el verano no es suficiente y en realidad pasamos mucho calor.El apatamento la Latina no habia papel higienico solo un rollo.
Recomiendo el Apartamento Macba B e Barcelona, verdaderamente comodo aunque un poco pequeno, alli la estancia se hizo muy agradable y la ubicacion esta perfecta, encontramos de todo muy limpio y Jose Luis la persona que nos recibio muy amable.
Apartasol tambien esta muy bien ubidado y en realidad esta muy bonito pero la carencia de aire acondicionado en verano es terrible.
Volveria a reservar en Macba y Apartasol si le colocan aire
