The apartment is also fairly close to a bus stop and the blue line (1) of the metro, which goes directly into the centre of the city, Puerta del Sol, and also passes by the main train station Atocha, the Reina Sofia Museum, close to the Prado museum, the Lavapies area and Plaza de Santa Ana to name just a few.
This apartment complex includes comfortable studios with a large double bed and single beds enough for 2, 3 or 4 people. The apartments also have air-conditioning, heating, a lift, internet access a safe and are wheelchair accessible. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV.
There is a luggage storage office for your convenience. There are three pools for use of the guests, a laundry area, gymnasium, 24 hour security and a small café.

The only problem for business travel is WI-FI connection cost : 1,00 Euro every 15 minutes , incredible..
I was to stay one week in madrid and i wanted a nice hotel to do this. Luckily for me, i fell on this Albufera Gardens Appartments. On getting there, it was trully impressive. We had a very large room, about 53m2, with ALL utilities (oven, freezer, plates, forks, knives, towels, a lot of bed covers and blankets etc...) It was great ! The bathroom is just breath-taking ! Try stepping into the bath-tub to have a nice jaccuzi bath after a long hard day. I really really enjoyed my stay ! The only negative points are that there is no microwave, and the hotel is a bit too far from the center of town. (but there's a subway stop 10 minutes from the hotel).
La verdad, que relación calidad precio, espectacular, el apartamento estaba muy chulo, muy nuevo, muy bién ubicado si vas con coche a Madrid, con Parking privado y todo. A nosotros al final no nos cobraron ni el parking, ni la fianza, ni el extra de limpieza ni de check in pos las 20:00, así que me pareció todo perfecto! y no creo que nos lo hicieran a nosotros como excepción por que no lo digimos simplemente se desarolló así. Si quereis ver madrid, en unos dias, y tener un apartamentito con aire acondicionado, piscina, parking, este es el sitio!
Immeuble très récent. Un peu éloigné du centre mais 10 mn du métro à pied, c'est très faisable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme.
solo puedo decir que la estancia fue muy placentera y si viajasemos otra vez primero lo consultariamos a ustedes.
