La cocina està muy equipada, con cafetera, microondas y horno. Con toallas y sábanas. Tiene interenet, televisión y DVD. Poca luz en el baño. Es un tercer piso con ascensor. Pequeño pero ideal para dos personas. Muy, muy céntrico. A un minuto de puerta del Sol.

peu de vaisselles.Pas de grille-pain 2 lave-linge dont 1 qui aurait du etre enlever pour donner plus de places.peu de rangements pour les vçtements. 2 Tv une ne fonctionnant pas du tout et l'autre très mauvaise (arrçet sur image peu de chaines) etc débit de la douchz très mince eau peu chaude.....appareil ménager (presse citron) ne fonctionne pas.Le prix de la location ,e correspnd pas à la prestation appartement ayant eu des problémes d'infiltration au plafond et au niveau des sous-bassements des murs:sales et non repeints

Nous avons passé qu'une nuit dans l'appartement Alba à cause d'un dégât des eaux au plafond existant avant notre arrivée! Rue bruyante, lit très inconfortable! le bonus de cet appartement:appartement cosy mais très petit et proche de toutes commodités. Changement pour l'appartement Estrella bien situé non loin de plaza Mayor. Calme et bien décoré spacieux ça valait le coup de déménager au cours du séjour.

Al nostro arrivo l'alloggio era sporco e il sistema di riscaldamento non funzionava, nonostante il clima fosse molto freddo. Il personale che ci ha ricevuto ha cercato di sistemare lo scaldabagno che aveva delle perdite al momento del nostro arrivo. Sempre al momento del nostro arrivo la signorina che ci ha ricevuto ha fatto qualche veloce tentativo di sommaria pulizia, lasciando comunque l'appartamento in condizioni non idonee. Da lamentare soprattutto la biancheria del letto e da bagno non presentabile, in quanto macchiata, bucata, ingiallita e non stirata, per cui abbiamo dovuto sollecitare il cambio della biancheria, che è avvenuto poi alle 23.30. Il giorno dopo, date le nboster rimostranze, è stata effettuata una maggiore pulizia dell'appartamneto e la consegna di due stufette per il riscaldamento. L'unico dato veramente positivo di questo appartamento è l'ubicazione centrale e molto comoda per gli spostamenti.
