la sistemazione è stata confortevole ma devo comunque sottolineare la mancanza di professionalità. al pagamento della stanza in contanti mi è stato detto che la prenotazione con la carta di credito sarebbe stata cancellata cosa che invece non è avvenuta. ho quindi inoltrato una contestazione
