We were very impressed with the accommodation. On arrival we were met at the door and taken upstairs to the first floor. To be honest with you we were very pleasantly suprised, it was furnished to a good standard and smelt so lovely and clean. Our rooms were fab, we were lucky to overlook the back of the house so it was lovely and quiet. Even the budgies on the window ledge added to the enjoyment of our stay, after all its not very often I get the luxury of hearing birds singing in the morning. The rooms were lovely, and furnished to a much better standard than some 3* hotels I have stayed in. The location was perfect with lots of little squares within easy reach to sit, drink sangria and watch the world go by. We did incorporate a little culture as we went on an open top bus tour around Madrid, and then resumed our positon, drinking more Sangria. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, prices were a lot lower than we expected, therefore having such a fab weekend. Would recommend Madrid and this accommodation to anybody.
