Availability Calendar:
On entering the extranet you will see the availabitly calendar, you will need to let our system know which rooms and dates are already reserved. This is simple to do, go month by month from the present day, tick the corresponding boxes where you have a reservation, enter the guest name and details such as reservation number in the box below then click 'BLOCK'. Repeat this with all the reservations, this is vitally important to avoid our system selling rooms which are already booked out.
