Typical Spanish cuisine

A variation of the popular Spanish Paella (a famous rice, meat or seafood recipe originally from Valencia, Spain) is the tasty Fideua. This recipe is prepared with noodles instead of rice, seafood, fish and ‘allioli’ sauce (cold sauce made of garlic, egg, olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar).
In Cataluña (‘Catalunya’ in Catalan) there is a polpular typical Catalan paella called ‘arros negre’ (black rice) prepared with rice, squid and other seafood.
