  About the establishment
The Hostal Lorenzo is a three star bed and breakfast located a few meters from Gran Vía and Paseo de la Castellana, next to Plaza Cibeles. It is at the corner of Plaza Vázquez de Mella, where you will be able to discover new flavours in the tapas bars and restaurants nearby, to drink a coffee or simply to go for a walk. This three floor establishment located in an ancient building has been renovated in 2002, offering luxurious rooms with all the details and the charm of the past. The Hostal offers excellent service.

Personale molto gentile, ma avevamo prenotato una doppia più una singola e poi era disponibile solo una camera a tre letti.

The hotel is very clean, the position is excellent and the staff is very geltle and kind. The rooms on the street are very noise for us. The breakfast is not great.

Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have is that when we arrived there was the cyclist race and the taxi could not drop us off at the hotel. We had to walk about 2km with our heavy luggage and my mom has problems with her legs and it was very difficult for her to walk that distance. If a situation arises like that again. I think you should make some arrangement to collect the people from the airport. I would not have minded to pay towards the transfer. Otherwise no other problems. The accommodation was excellent as well as the service. Keep up the good job
