Hotel Negresco is a clean, small hotel located right in the heart of downtown Madrid. The room we had was small but clean and quiet, with a very nice and spotless bathroom. The only view from the room was of the building shaft, but for the price of the room, it's hardly a detraction. The staff were friendly.
