Très bien situé,propre , un bmol pour les locataires du 3eme étage pas de lift ( important surtout pour les bagages), bruyant car en centre ville, contrairement à l'annonce accepte les cartes de crédits, acceuil parfait

La sistemazione è valida soprattutto per la posizione, davvero centralissima vicino alla fermata SOL del metro. Il letto matrimoniale è una piazza e mezzo e la camera è un po' costretta.Non rumorosa. Pulizie tutte le mattine.

le décor est à refaire surtout dans les chambres! Impossible de fermer les volets. chambre pour une personne très petite mais suffisante. petite salle de bain personnelle et fonctionnelle. hotel vraiment très bien plaçé à 2 minutes de la plaza mayor. pas la peine de prendre le métro, on peut tout faire à pieds. propose de garder vos valises jusqu'à 14h pas plus! dommage quant on a 1 avion à prendre seulement à 19h. consigne pour "las maletas" à revoir! ma vue de la chambre était super: je pouvais voir la plaza mayor. pas trop de bruit malgré les préparatifs pour les 2 y 3 de mayo, la grande fête de madrid.

Very clean, friendly reception, nicely furnished and a perfect location to discover Madrid. We came with our whole family, eight persons, and enjoyed it.
