Family with older children
situé au centre de Madrid a quelque pas du metro tres pratique notre chambre etait situe au calme pas de bruit de rue l acceuil etait tres agreable et francophone une petite salle de bain et une chambre confortable tres propre j y retournerais avec plaisir rapport qualite prix nickel !

En mi opinion el sitio es centrico, hay parada de metro cerca, el trato con el cliente es muy bueno, la habitacion estaba limpia y el cambio de toallas es diario, lo unico malo esq el suelo del baño se mojaba por una fuga en la tuberia, pero vamos se le dijo y supongo lo arreglaran, en fin todo muy bien.

La sistemazione al 6° piano non mi era stata chiara,ambiente e camera molto spartani,rotto rubinetto acqua calda,rotto il telefono,rotta la tapparella,positivo il frigorifero,la tranquillità,la vicinanza alla metro,gentile e disponibile il personale, non tutto in grado di assistere turisticamente

Sistemazione pulita, i bagni sono abbastanza piccolini e l'ambiente in generale è poco luminoso ma funzionale. Il personale è simpatico e più che disponibile.
