Nella sua semplicità mi sono trovata molto bene è molto tranquillo e silenzioso, la pulizia è fatta bene,infatti per un soggiorno di 4 giorni al 2 giorno hanno cambiato le lenzuola.
ottimo tutto ma da migliorare la manutenzione: serratura bagno rotta ( rimossa) e scarico wc costante in continuo scarico ( spreco e runoroso )

Bonjour tout le monde, En arrivant à l'hotel, une chose qui m'a surpris, c'est qu'il y a plusieurs petits hotels dans un meme batiment. Premier contact avec la recptioniste, petit inconvenient, elle ne parle pas un pet anglais ni francais! heureusement que y'avait une personne avec nous qui savait 2, 3 mots en Espagnol. à part ça, Hotel tres propre, chambres tres bien, chauffage nikel (surtt qu'on venait d'un pays chaud, et il faisait 0°C à Madrid). Emplacement tres pratique et tres bien, les magasins sont vraiment à coté (Gran via), et les petits sites à voir (puerta del sol, plaza mayor) pas tres loin. On n'a pas vecu l'insonorisation comme le signalaient les aniens visiteurs dans leurs commentaires. Bref je reviendrai surement, parce que le rapport Qualité/prix/emplacement est vraiment bien. je donnerai bien la note 9.5/10 P.S: J'ai oublié que nos amies péripatéticiennes traient en bas de l'hotel (mais ca reste vraiment pas genant du tout)
