Le logement tres bien situé dans le centre ville de Madrid, avec un parking souterrain a proximité. L'accueil est convivial et on y parle le francais!

Personale molto gentile e disponibile anche su informazioni turistiche della zona. Stanza pulita e posizione centralissima.

Au coeur du centre historique, proche de tous metros, à 5 mn à pied de la Latina (quartier festif). Très calme. Le gérant est très attentif à la sécurité. Il ne parle qu'espagnol, mais on se comprend très bien. Ses employés sont adorables et discrets (l'un d'eux parle français). La chambre sans salle de bain comporte un grand lit, une armoire et un lavabo (+ TV). La salle de bain commune est grande (baignoire, lavabo, toilettes) et propre, en très bon état. La pension est au quatrième étage, mais il y a un ascenseur. On reçoit une clé, qui permet de rentrer et sortir n'importe quand. Excellent rapport qualité/prix par rapport aux concurrents.

Exactly what I expected from a hotel in Old Madrid. Old, a bit worn, maybe not for everybody! And even though I came as a single guest, they gave me a 2 bed room. Lively street, but not noisy. Small bar on bottom floor, always good for a nightcap.

I think it's ok for the price and it worked for us.
