There are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes and the other with 1 double bed. Both of the rooms give out on to an Arab style sheltered garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. One of the most welcoming areas is the spacious lounge with its double sofa bed. The apartment also boasts a digital TV, DVD, CD player, Internet connection and parking space (upon request).
The location of this apartment could not be better, with the Retiro Park on the doorstep and all public transport nearby making it easy to travel around the city. Metro line 1 is only a few minutes away as are bus lines C,10,32,26,56 and 37. Unbeatable location!
On arrival payment must be made for the “amount to be paid on arrival” which is indicated in your reservation confirmation plus 200 euros more as a deposit. Payment must be made in cash. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure at the time specified, when keys are returned and the departure inspection is complete.
