Casa Antonio (tel 91 260 31 20; Calle de Latrones 10) is a wonderful old Madrid watering hole with loads of tapas and character not to mention vermouth on tap. At night Malasaña really gets moving, generally a young crowd in their mid-20s hit the bars on C/Vicente Ferrer and surrounding area. For a more sophisticated crowd, try gay friendly Chueca or Plaza Santa Barbara.From the apartment you can easily take the metro to the Reina Sofía, Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums and nearby beautiful Botanical Gardens. Upon arrival, we shall sign the contract and at that point you shall pay the balance (indicated in your booking confirmation) in advance plus other 50 euros as a security deposit. Payment shall be in cash. The deposit shall be returned to you upon departure, when you return the keys and the departure inspection is completed.
