This very lively area has trendy, minimalist restaurants on C/Fuencarral and on the streets leading into the Chueca area, an ample selection of late night bars and other, more everyday ones like La Bardemcilla (Augusto Figueroa, 47), a cosy bar-restaurant owned by Javier Bardem and his family where you can eat traditional Spanish food in a cinematic atmosphere. If you are partial to a bit of shopping, check out the mercadillo full of shops with trendy clothing, jewellery and tattoo parlours on C/Fuencarral. The area is very well connected by public transport to the rest of the city, with Tribunal, Bilbao and San Bernardo stations a few metres away from the apartment.The apartment has a great Spanish décor with bright colours and has a luminous bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with table and chairs and a comfortable sofa-bed where 2 more guests can sleep. There is also a full bathroom and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Upon arrival, we shall sign the contract and at that point you shall pay the BALANCE in advance plus other 200 euros as a Security Deposit. Payment shall be by CASH or Credit Card. The DEPOSIT shall be returned to you upon departure, when you return the keys and the departure inspection is completed.
