To change or cancel the booking, please inform us 7 days before your arrival date.
Upon arrival, we shall sign the contract and at that point you shall pay the BALANCE and the cleaning extra charge of 50€ in advance plus other 150 euros as a Security Deposit.Payment shall be by CASH. The DEPOSIT shall be returned to you upon departure, when you return the keys and the departure inspection is completed.
Check in after 21:00h is 30€ extra.
