There are some great little shops around Puerta del Sol, like Pastelería del Pozo o El Riojano, 2 beautiful, old-fashioned patisseries where you can indulge in mouth-watering pastries and friendly service. Most places of interest are within easy walking distance from the apartment but if you need to use public transport, the area has excellent underground, train and bus connections. Sol and Opera are the closest metro stations.The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed; an airy living-room with 2 single sofa-beds and fantastic views to Plaza de la Villa; a fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs and a bathroom with bath and shower; heating and air conditioning.
