Lit excellent, appt calme et très bien placé. Se garer est un peu difficile (pour décharger levéhicule). Des coupures d'eau....il faut s'organiser...sous la douche!!Un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine serait bienvenu et une cafetière plus grande (quand on est accro au café, la cafetière "moka" est insuffisante). En revanche le presse fruit s'avère très utile en raison des oranges merveilleuses qu'on trouve sur place!

Le logement est très bien situé pour découvrir Madrid : en plein centre ,dans une large avenue à proximité immédiate du métro , tout près de la puerta del sol.
L'immeuble est très propre et bien sécurisé . L'appartement au 6ème étage est confortable pour un court séjour et répond à la description. Aucun bruit de la rue mais l'isolation accoustique entre les appartements laisse un peu à désirer.
La présence de nombreuses jeunes femmes faisant le trottoir, au pied de l'immeuble, peut surprendre , mais elle ne provoque pas de désagréments particuliers ( ni aggressivité, ni raccolage dérangeant )
