L’appartement est très central, très bien situé entre Gran via et Chueca. Il est beau, propre et le propriétaire très gentil. Nous étions deux. Le supermarché Dia n’est pas loin et dans la rue il y a beaucoup de cafés sympathiques. A conseiller fortement.

El apartamento está muy bien situado y la zona es agradable y poco ruidosa. Se puede ir andando a muchos sitios y tiene el metro muy cerca. En el barrio hay tiendas de comestibles que abren todo el día. El apartamento no estaba muy limpio y la ducha era un desastre. Tuvimos que comprar una manguera nueva para poder ducharnos con tranquilidad. Por lo demás, no está mal.

Esta muy bien equipado, ademas de poseer muchos servicios en la misma calle: Farmacia, panaderia, supermercado, local tranquilo para salir a tomar algo, una boca de metro al finald e la calle (Noviciado) y muy céntrico respecto a la gran ciudad.
