The Chueca III Apartment is located at the 7th floor of a very high building and has spectacular views over the city, an enviable feature for any Madrid Apartment. There is also plenty of natural light streaming through the large pane glass windows found in every room of this charming apartment. The décor is modern, with hard wood parquet. The bedroom is spacious and also has wonderful views. It has a large, comfortable double bed. The beautiful living room has a sofa with a pull out double bed, sofa bed for two and little coffee table. There is also a table in the corner with four seats which overlook the spectacular views. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a small stove top, toaster, and accessories for cooking. The bathroom is small, but efficient with a shower, sink and toilet.

El apartamento la ubicacion perfecta lo unico malo es el aparcamiento pq esta situado en una zona peatonal y si vas con coche un poco complicado

Alloggio al 7 piano in posizione strategica, con metro vicinissima. Panorama molto bello. Estremamente pulito. Bagno luminoso e comodo, cucina funzionale ed arredamento nuovo e di gusto. Silenzioso e luminosissimo. voto 10/10!!!

Ante todo, a parte de que estaría genial disponer de más ofertas para las estancias, propondría hacer mas seguro el tema de la fianza a través de tarjeta de crédito o de alguna otra manera distinta a tener que llevar encima un montón de euros encima, tanto para el cliente como para la persona que viene a recogerlos a la entrega de llaves.

The apartment is in the excellent location of Chueca on Calle de Fuencarrale, a lovely tree lined street and quite quiet. The apartment is on the 7th floor overlooking Calle de Fuencarrale and the roofs and domes of Madrid. It's great value for money and a perfect and comfortable base for a couple or 2 friends.
