Puerta del Sol, the life-blood of Madrid is just down the street, as is Plaza Santa Ana, which is literally packed with excellent tapas bars, lively restaurants, watering holes, pubs and of course clubs for late night dancing. You’ll soon understand why this city is internationally known for its nightlife. The apartment was recently redecorated, paying close attention to detail and adding beautiful accents: the mahogany floors gleam and the breakfast nook/dining table is particularly inviting. There is a living room and 2 balconies and cosy couch which doubles a sofa bed for two at night. The bedroom has a large comfortable double bed. There is air conditioning, a necessity in the heat of Madrid summers. There is wireless internet to hook up your computer. The apartment is three minutes walk to a number of different metros including Gran Via, Sol and Chueca which communicate to nearly every corner of the city. A fabulous apartment in the dead centre of Madrid!
