Apartment had perfect location - 3 mins walk from Opera and Sol metro; cross the road to Plaza Mayor. Furnishing was basic but we just needed somewhere to crash, and it was ideal for that. The noise from the elevator was a little loud for the people who were staying in the bedroom.

The second bedroom is reached by narrow spiral staircase not suitable for larger or infirm person. Lift stops at 7th floor. Location is excellent
