  About the establishment
 La Bienvenida Madrid is a beautiful 50 M2 apartment which sleeps 4 next to Madrid’s fashionable Malasana and Chueca neighbourhoods, full of internationally famous bars, terraces and clubs which are open till sunrise. Next to the Bilbao roundabout, in the centre of Madrid, this apartment is situated less than 100 metres from various cinemas, theatres, shops, book shops and supermarkets and is also very close to the Alonso Martinez area with its art galleries. Cafes such as el Comercial or el Parnasillo, with their art nouveau decor will take you back in time, while restaurants like Nina, La Musa or el Bolivar, among others, will tantalize you with the best in contemporary Spanish cuisine at a reasonable price. This fun, modern apartment consists of 2 lovely balconies, which allow a lot of natural light into the apartment, highlighting the colourful decor, a comfortable bedroom with a 1,60m bed, a living room with a sofa and chairs, and an American kitchen and dining area. Supplementary beds may be added to any of these rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and vitro ceramic stove. There is a 40” plasma TV, free Internet access, a hydro massage shower and even a bottle of Cava awaits you….. Everything you need to enjoy your stay from start to finish. Important: You are required to leave a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 300 euros which will be refunded on the day of departure if the apartment is in the same condition as of day of entry.

tranquillo e silenzioso, anche se non centralissimo ( due fermate di metro da Puerta del Sol, che comportano comunque pochi minuti, essendo la zona collegata bene dal metro - fermata Bilbao). Gentilissima la ragazza che ci ha accolto - Maria - molto simpatica ed efficiente, e che vogliamo ringraziare. Diversi locali interessanti per mangiare nelle vicinanze, e da non perdere il Cafè Comercial. Unico appunto: sistemazione non molto economica, trattandoso di un appartamento

Relativ gut gelegenes, farbenfroh eingerichtetes Appartement. Nette Vermieterin. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Kulante Handhabung mit Reinigungskaution (es wurde keine verlangt)...es wäre jedoch gut gewesen, wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten, denn dann hätten wir nicht so viel Bargeld dabei haben müssen.

todo muy bien, pequeño, pero muy bien, limpio y agradable, cercano a todo y María muy agradable, os lo recomiendo
