Apartamento Madrid Delicias is a beautiful and bright private apartment, a quiet oasis in the centre of lively Madrid. Here you will be able to enjoy a good night of sleep after a long day walking all over the city to see the numerous sites, or after a night of the famous Madrid party scene. La Marcha in Madrid, as it is called, is the major draw for most Spanish tourists. After a night out on the town, do as the Madrileños do and settle down for a Sunday vermouth and tapas in the Lavapies area, or head on down to the Rastro to get some real bargains at the local flea market. For you culture vultures, the apartment is also not very far (15 min walking) from most of the important museums in Madrid, Reina Sofia, El Prado and the Tyssen-Bornemisza museums. ...more details > The apartment sleeps 4 and is located on the 6th floor, and mercifully has a lift which will be much appreciated after a day on the town. There is loads of natural light. There is 1 bedroom with a large double bed, 1 full bathroom, kitchen with all the electrodomestics; washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, cooker, dishwasher and all the cutlery and dishware. The living room is fully furnished with a large sofa bed and cot for one extra person. The table seats 6, and there is TV with DVD. Heating and air conditioning are also included. A haven of peace in the center of Madrid. NB: upon arrival, we shall sign the contract and at that point you shall pay the BALANCE and the cleaning extra charge of 50€ in advance plus other 150 euros as a Security Deposit.Payment shall be by CASH. The DEPOSIT shall be returned to you upon departure, when you return the keys and the departure inspection is completed. Check in after 21:00h is 30 € extra. < hide more details |
