appartement central, rue calme, eau chaude assez capricieuse. nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la cuisine car nous avons toujours mangé en ville, caution récupérée sans le moindre problème

Il est nécessaire de préciser: 1/que le loyer est à payer à l'arrivée soit en liquide (cash) soit avec la CB mais le prix est alors majoré de 3%. 2/que le logement est en entre-sol. 3/ que le petit équipement de la cuisine est à compléter.

Points positifs : Le logement est correct, très propre. Points négatifs : Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'eau chaude pour la douche et il est situé dans un sous-sol (à mon avis fort chaud en été)
