The cosy 60m2 apartment Tribunal Noviciado can sleep up to 6 people and is located in one of the most lively and central areas of Madrid. The hip gravitates to the Malasaña area of the city for its ever-burgeoning chic stores and boutiques. This is the hottest area for bars, nightclubs and chic restaurants. There are numerous plazas where you can have your meal or café al fresco. For the history buffs, this happening area is also close to the historical roots of the city and a short distance to Puerta del Sol either on foot or a couple stops in metro. ...more details > The apartment sleeps up to 6 people and has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There are also 2 single fold out beds which can be added. The living room has two glass paned balconies facing the street and the interior is bright, cheerful and stylishly decorated. The living room also has a TV, DVD and CD player. There is a kitchen with all the amenities: refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a full bathroom with shower. A hip apartment in the trendy area of Madrid. On arrival payment must be made for the “amount to be paid on arrival” which is indicated in your reservation confirmation plus 200 euros more as a deposit. Payment must be made in cash.
