Das durchaus geräumige für zwei Personen optimal geeignete Appartement liegt mitten im Herzen der Altstadt. Ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt ins Nachtleben (nichts für Ruhebedürftige), aber auch alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Enttäuscht waren wir über den TV Anschluß ,nur spanische Kanäle ohne einzigen englischsperechenden Kanal wie z.B BBC oder CNN oder SAT.

Le logement est très agréable, à condition d'avoir le sommeil lourd puisque l'emplacement a "les inconvénients de ses avantages": au coeur de la ville, de la fête et donc du bruit...incessant.Sinon le dimanche après une douche il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude, sachant qu'il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain c'est juste!Il est conseillé de parler espagnol car la propriétaire ne connait que cette langue. Enfin le gros désagrément qui nous reste en travers de la gorge, c'est qu'il nous est annoncé seulement après avoir payé les arrhes qu'il faudra ajouter 40 euros pour le ménage, arrivés à Madrid nous proposons de faire nous même le ménage , non ce n'est pas possible il faut de toutes façons payer 40 euros, dans ce cas pourquoi ne pas l'annoncer directement dans le prix? Ah que c'est désagréable de se sentir arnaqué!!!

Centralissimo.In buone condizioni.Portatevi le lenzuola,perchè quelle in dotazione sembravano vecchie.Letto ad 1 piazza e mezzo,con materasso sottile.Padrona di casa è arrivata con 1 ora e mezza di ritardo,ho poi aspettato un'altra ora perchè un operaio doveva riparare la serranda.Appartamento si trova al 1. piano sopra 1 ristorante.Durante il weekend c'è nella strada di sotto molta confusione fino a notte tarda.L'appartamento è ben isolato acusticamente con doppi vetri, anche se i rumori si sentono un pò. Internet non funzionava.
