Obwohl ich von dem Zimmer anfangs sehr enttäuscht war (sehr dunkel), muss ich doch sagen dass es sich in sehr sauberem Zustand befand. Ein großer Wermutstropfen war jedoch der ständige starke Fettgeruch, da unser Zimmer zum Hof und damit wohl auch zur Küche (wir hatten allerdings weder die Möglichkeit Mikrowelle noch Kühlschrank zu benutzen) lag- mit schöner Aussicht hatte das also ebenfalls nichts zu tun. Die Handtücher wurden leider nicht gewechselt, obwohl es deutlich war, dass sie dreckig waren und wir die Rezeption sogar darum gebeten hatten. Ansonsten war die Rezeption ziemlich freundlich, wenn auch leider nur auf Spanisch ;) Im großen und Ganzen hat das Zimmer für unsere Zwecke gereicht, schließlich waren wir kaum im Hostal sondern fast die ganze Zeit im Zentrum von Madrid, welches vom Hostal nicht mal 2 Mintuten entfernt ist. Insofern kann man sagen: Wer relativ günstig und wirklich direkt im Zentrum ein Zimmer haben will und auf großen Komfort nicht allzu viel Wert legt, ist hier genau richtig.

Ottima sistemazione e ubicazione, lo stabile è in buone condizioni e le camere sono distribuite in 3 appartamenti a piani diversi; le camere sono gestibili in modo molto indipendente, con la possibilità di portarsi le chiavi con sè in giro per la città e di rientrare quando si ritiene opportuno senza dover passare dalla reception (che è al quarto piano). Le camere hanno il servizio di pulizia e di cambio biancheria incluso. Unica nota negativa della mia camera: il bagno non aveva finestra né aspiratore, ma le camere sono tutte diverse ed in un'altra camera visitata non c'era nessun problema.
