There is a double room (in a studio format, there is no door separating the bedroom) with a double bed and a living room area with a double sofa bed, to sleep a total of 4 people. There is a stylish open plan kitchen where you can prepare breakfast or meals which can be served at the table with chairs. A spiral staircase leads to the basement and laundry area which includes a dryer and clothesline. Parking is just 100 metres from the flat.
La Latina neighbourhood near the Palace, Cathedral, Rastro flea market. Metro line “circular” (L6), stops 200 metres from the building as do buses 25, 31, 33, 36, 39, 41, 50, 65, C1, C2 and 138.

sur internet l'appart est dit être situé au 4° étage, en fait il est au RDC avec bruit des passants et de la circulation.

le seul point négatif à souligner... a été le moment du départ. La personne qui doit récupérer les clefs et rendre la caution est arrivée avec 1h30 de retard... il faut donc bien confirmer l'horaire à laquelle vous voulez quittez l'appartement pour ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise...surtout quand on doit reprendre l'avion peu de temps après!!!!Translate this guest review
