    Location is perfect (between the Prado and Puerta del Sol). Staff is very very nice. Room perfectly clean and very quiet too with air conditionner. I really recommend this hotel and will surely come back there should I go back to Madrid. Translate this guest review

    great location, waking distance to sol, el prado, etc... and other important sites!, clubs, shopping, banks, restaurants, metro stations, but stops, one bus (#27)to santiago bernabeu... staff speaks little english (spanish only) so u must be knowledgeable when it comes to directions, phonecalls, and orders. very clean, in a quiet area. safe to come home at night, also safe to keep valuables in ie;lap top, cameras... were on the desk for 7 nights and still exist! room has a safe in it for 1E (count on 5E for oppening/closing) Translate this guest review
