The Santa Ana Sol 1 apartment is a cosy apartment situated next to Plaza Santa Ana, in the famous literary district of Madrid, just a short walk away from the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums. ... more details > The apartment measures 70 m2 and has capacity for up to 4 people sleeping in one double room and on a double sofa bed in the living room – dining room. There is also a full bathroom and a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster and all the necessary utensils. Located on the first floor (without a lift) of a beautifully restored, quiet, modern building with two balconies which give out to the street and have double glazed windows.The apartment is situated at the heart of Madrid’s famous literary district, full of charm, restaurants, bars and theatres. Very close to the well known Plaza de Santa Ana, where guests can try delicious Tapas on any of the many terraces. Rastro street market, la Puerta del Sol and the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen museums are all within walking distance of the apartment. At the heart of Madrid!Important: You are required to leave a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 200 euros which will be refunded on the day of departure if the apartment is in the same condition as of day of entry. Posizione eccellente per una settimana di vacanza. Appartamento non molto pulito. Nella settimana mai cambiata la biancheria. Il letto è instabile.
I loved the apartment it was the best I have ever stayed in as it was clean, with excellent facilities (e.g. plasma tv, dvd player, hairdryer), a few metres from the Plaza Santa Anna, which was a lovely place to get a drink and snacks. It was in a perfect location opposite a supermarket, 2 mins from puerto del sol, close to Palace, Plaza Major Museo del prado, didn't even need to use the metro as could walk everywhere only used to and from the airport. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Perfect, thank you.
Wohnung war top, eigentlich für 2 Personen perfekt, aber auch wirklich mit 5 Leuten bewohnbar. Zentrale Lage mit top Ausgangssituation um Madrid zu erleben.
Nettes kleines Appartment. Vorzügliche Lage. Etwas laut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. - Die Küche könnte mit wenig Aufwand ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein.
