siamo stati svegliati 2 volte nel cuore della notte da un allarme antincendio guasto,senza scuse da parte della direzione.la porta del bagno dà sulla stanza senza antibagno ed è di vetro. |

Wir hatten ein Familien - Zimmer gebucht. Untergebracht waren wir jedoch in einem viel zu kleinen Zimmer, in das drei Betten hineingezwängt worden sind. |

Struttura e posizione magnifiche,camere molto belle ma con qualche picolo segno di trasandatezza. Colazione a 9 E molto ricca nella bella sala al 5° piano. Servizio non impeccabile da diversi punti di vista, per esempio alla reception il ragazzo piuttosto sbrigativo e confusionario, popco paziente e scarso in inglese. La prima notte ci hanno dato 3 camere doppie invece che una doppia e una familiare per 4. Non ci hanno avvertito prima, ci siamo trovati davanti al fatto compiuto: viaggiavamo con 3 bambini e questo avrebbe potuto creare problemi. Personale alla colazione gentile e sorridente. Nel compleso il giudizio è più che buono.

La chambre me semblait plus grande. Pour etre responsable dun magasin de literie je peux vous dire que vos matelas sont beaucoup trop ferme. la deco est sympa ainsi que lagencement de la salle de bain |
